The Mental Health People are based in Bournemouth, accessible from Christchurch, Poole, Ferndown, Wimborne, Ringwood, New Milton, and Verwood, as well as the surrounding areas.

For those outside this region, we offer flexible online sessions, meaning we can work with anyone across the UK to meet their mental health training and support needs.

Urgent Mental Health Support

At The Mental Health People, we provide training and resources, but we are not equipped to offer emergency support.

If you or someone else is experiencing a mental health crisis, there are several trusted organisations available to help immediately.
